Your plan and access

These terms apply when you purchase a Yoga Space plan. Your chosen plan includes the features described on the Yoga Space page at the time of purchase. Yoga Space runs in your browser on phone, tablet or computer. No physical product or shipping is included.

Practice is for personal yoga practice. Teacher adds professional class-planning tools for one teacher.

Your one-time payment covers the lifetime of the Yoga Space service, with no monthly or annual renewal fees. It includes future web-app updates within your plan. Separate future products or services may be priced independently.

Payment

The current price and any available offer are shown on the Yoga Space page and in Stripe Checkout. Check your selected plan and total before paying. Stripe processes your payment and collects your email for your receipt and access details. Successful payment confirms your order. Keep your purchase confirmation.

Preorders

If your purchase is a preorder, access begins on the date stated when you order. Payment reserves your chosen plan and does not grant early access. We’ll email your access details and let you know if the stated date changes. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the service launches and your access is granted.

Cancellation and refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of entering the contract, subject to the rules for digital content and services. Preordering does not begin digital access or waive that right. Any request to begin access during the cancellation period, and any effect on your cancellation rights, will be explained before you agree.

Once you access the Yoga Space digital service, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This applies after your statutory cancellation period ends, or earlier only if you expressly consent to digital content starting and acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right. Your rights if the service is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unchanged.

To request cancellation or help with an order, email Contact us with your order email and payment reference. You may write: “I wish to cancel my Yoga Space order”, followed by your name, order date and payment reference. For a cancellation covered by these terms, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using your original payment method.
