Information we use

Oranjy Limited is responsible for your personal information. We use your chosen plan, offer selection and checkout references; your order email, payment amount, status and refund records; and the name, email and message you provide when contacting us. Our providers may also process your IP address, browser and request details to deliver and protect the website.

You enter email and card details directly in Stripe Checkout. Stripe shares your order email with us. We do not collect or store your full card number or security code.

Why we use it

We use order information to fulfil our contract with you: process purchases and preorders, confirm payment, provide access to your plan and handle cancellations. We need your order email for these purposes.

We use contact details to respond to enquiries and checkout records to protect payments and maintain accurate orders, relying on our legitimate interests in supporting customers and securing the service. We retain records required for accounting, tax and other legal obligations. Contacting us or purchasing does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Providers

Stripe handles payment and receipts and has its own security, fraud-prevention and legal responsibilities. Read Stripe’s privacy policy. Cloudflare hosts the website, checkout services and order records, protects the contact form and delivers contact messages. We use Cork Space’s support inbox to receive and respond to enquiries.

Our providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside the UK under the safeguards described in their privacy policies and data processing terms, including Cloudflare’s data processing terms. Contact us for more information. We may share relevant records when legally required or to resolve a payment dispute.

Storage and retention

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a checkout reference in your browser tab so an interrupted checkout can be retried. Our providers may use cookies or storage needed for payment and security.

We keep order information for as long as needed to provide your purchased service and meet accounting, legal or dispute obligations. Incomplete checkout records and support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the checkout or enquiry and any related obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restricted processing or a portable copy of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some records must be retained for contractual or legal reasons.

Contact Contact us to exercise your rights or raise a privacy concern. You have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner.
